Terms of Service

  1. I have the right to refuse any project and terminate a project for any reason (including the conduct of the commissioner).

  2. If you are commissioning an NSFW model, you MUST be over 18.

  3. If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, a partial refund of 50% of the currently paid amount will be issued via PayPal.

  4. An exception to the above - refunds will NOT be issued if the reason the commission is terminated is a TOS violation.

  5. I require credit to be in a visible place, such as a Twitter bio.

  6. I will NOT re-rig a previously rigged model; however, I am okay with rigging the PSD from scratch and using the previous model as a reference. An exception to this is if I am being commissioned for rigging a new outfit on a model whose base outfit I did not rig; in which case, I require both the permission of the original rigger and the .cmo3 file.

  7. All of my prices come with both commercial and personal use rights included. If you would like the .cmo3 file, it will cost an additional price of 3x the original rig.

What should I expect from my rig?

Guide:
X = ⮀, Y = ⇅, Z = ↶↷
Physics: Automatically calculated by Live2D and pre-set by me. Takes certain movements as inputs, and applies a pendulum motion output to the specified parameters. For example, hair bouncing, clothing swaying, etc.
Tracking: Tracked in real-time from your camera, configurable in VTube Studio & VBridger. For example, mouth tracking, eye tracking, etc.
Included in base price:

  • Head XYZ (about 45 degrees to either side for all movements)

  • Body XYZ (about 30 degrees to either side for all movements)

  • Hips XYZ (includes leg movement)

  • Breathing & idle animations

  • Complex mouth rigging, including mouth physics and tongue rigging

  • Clothing + accessory physics for XYZ movement

  • Hair physics for XYZ movement

  • Detailed eye physics

  • Body physics (arms, chest, etc.)

  • Basic expressions suite (happy, sad, angry)

Options: (included in base price)

  • Face position Z - Controls tracking by leaning forward/back from the camera. This applies to the body Y movement. - fullbody only

  • Face position X - Controls tracking based on your face's distance left/right from the camera center. This is used for hip sway tracking. - fullbody only

  • Side stepping (physics or tracking, either only on one side or both sides) - fullbody only

  • Augment physics - provides a bouncier, "cuter" effect by applying physics to the face & body movements, but sacrifices about 10% of the range of motion.

For an additional fee each (price dependent on option):

  • Any toggles and animations, including idle and tracking lost animations

  • Extra outfits

  • VBridger rigging (before requesting VBridger, I highly suggest testing out Novaj's Vbridger Tester to see if it is compatible with your equipment or not.)

  • Hand rigging for tracking (please note that your model art will need to have the appropriate art assets in order to integrate this)

  • Any additional special model features

  • Expanded range of motion beyond the default or asymmetrical face/body poses (I will need to work closely with the artist for this, and it will significantly more time to complete).

What types of model DON'T you do?

  • NSFW or suggestive models depicting underage/underage-appearing characters

  • NSFW or suggestive models portrayed by underage individuals

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission that would otherwise make me uncomfortable.

What types of model DO you do?

  • Models of all genders, body types, etc.

  • Kemonomimi models (animal ears/tail/other features)

  • NSFW models *

  • Furry models **

  • Mecha models **

  • Other nonhuman models not covered above **

* NSFW models will be charged extra.
** I am okay with doing these types of models, however I do not have much practical experience doing them at the moment. Being able to work with the artist is a requirement for me to take on any of these. These models will be charged extra; please be aware that due to my lack of experience, they will likely take more time as well.

What does the model PSD need to look like?

The PSD needs to be high-res (4000x4000 px or higher), RGB-8, and using only normal, multiply, or add layer modes. Most importantly, it MUST be finished and properly separated. If you have no idea what that entails, I highly suggest reading over Fafrosky's Live2D art guide.
Additionally, while it is not 100% necessary, it will help your chances for consideration if you mark on the application form that you have the artist available and willing to make corrections, in the case of model elements that need special separation or are not separated properly by default.

How does the commission process work?

I will be using an application system for new clients. Prior to opening applications, I will both tweet out the date and time for when applications open, as well as putting the information on the landing page of this website. Once they are open, I will also tweet out the link to the application form and put that information on the landing page as well. I will also do the same for closing applications. Once I have looked over the applications, I will message the accepted applicants and put an announcement that I have done so. I will not be messaging people who were not accepted this round; if you have submitted an application and have not heard back after I have put out my announcements, it is safe to assume you have not been accepted. This process does NOT apply to returning clients. Returning clients can message me directly to inquire about gaining a commission slot; however, I cannot guarantee that I will be available.I typically do payment in halves; one half before I start the rig and one half after it is completed. If you would like to request an alternate payment plan, please make sure to note that in the application form. I will be working on commissions more or less one at a time once they are accepted, a process that typically takes me around ~2-3 months each. Projects with more strict or close deadlines will take higher priority; however, I ask that you only list a deadline if it is actually necessary rather than to bump your project higher on the queue. Rigging is my side job & suffer from chronic illness so it is possible projects may suffer delays due to these and other life circumstances; if that is the case, then I will notify clients about the delay.

What will be included on the application form?

Upload for model PSD, rig type, if it is NSFW, deadlines/availability, any toggles, expressions, and animations you would like (character sheet and/or references preferred!), PayPal email for invoicing, whether or not you are okay with the rigging process being livestreamed or shared with others, etc.
