You must be over 18 to submit an application.

You must have proper usage rights for all materials included in the project.

You are responsible for understanding the terms of service listed below.

Any violation of the terms of service may result in being blacklisted.

I have the right to refuse any project for any reason.

Upon acceptance of an application, I will submit a proposal to you consisting of the project price breakdown and any necessary model art revisions.

At this time, a payment plan will be agreed upon & the initial up-front payment made. By default, the payment plan is 50/50 for the beginning and end of the project, but the details will vary per-project.

If you have a deadline for your project, please state this up front. Depending on project scope. the deadline, & current workload, you may be charged a rush fee of 50%.

Granular project progress is tracked through Trello.

Updates will be provided to the client at project milestones. If payment is required at any of these milestones, then the commission will be on-pause until the milestone payment is made.

Less complex projects typically take 1-2 months to complete, while more complex projects typically take 3-4 months. However, I am chronically ill and rigging is my side job, so these are rough estimates. I will always discuss with you if a deadline change is needed.

All invoices issued are due upon receipt. If an invoice remains unpaid for a period of longer than 10 days, I reserve the right to terminate the commission.

If, during the commission, you wish to add any paid features not previously agreed upon, the project price will be revised to reflect these changes with a 10% markup on the new features. These costs will be distributed between any remaining payments.

If, during the commission, you wish to remove any paid features, the cost of the features will be removed from the project price if and only if that feature has not already been rigged.

If a commission is terminated while in progress, a refund may be issued based on the current amount of completion & the circumstances around termination.

Clients will receive a folder containing VTube Studio files with hotkeys pre-configured, as well as references on how to properly configure your model.

Clients may request a scheduled call over Discord to configure the model.

If you notice any issues with the model (clipping, physics maxing out, etc.) please mention it to me and we can work together to fix the issues.

There is no cap on the amount of revisions for fixing model issues such as the aforementioned, however, I have a hard cap of 5 revisions for purely aesthetic, stylized changes after delivery. Depending on circumstance, I may refuse to do revisions over this limit or they may incur additional fees.

Reselling/redistribution of the model files require written consent from me in order to track who is in possession of the model.

I do not provide the .cmo3 (project file) to clients normally to prevent misrepresentation/unauthorized redistribution of my work. I will transfer the .cmo3 file to another rigger for certain changes (VBridger upgrades, new outfits, etc.) on the condition that I receive their modified version of the .cmo3 back.

Returning clients are welcome to request model updates; these are considered lowest priority in my queue.

Model updates will be priced solely off the contents of the update and not include the base model price.

Unless requested otherwise, new model outfits will have separate model files from the original. This is to prevent the project files from becoming too bloated.
